End of Life Ceremonies

As long as we live, they too shall live, for they are now a part of us.

Nothing can fill that gap when we lose someone we love. Funerals and memorial services bring loved ones together to offer us loving support.

As a funeral Celebrant I offer personal, caring, professional, and reliable support. My counselling training enables me to listen and create a ceremony that truly reflects the beliefs and values of the unique person, whose end of life we are marking.

In pre-planning I come to talk with you and hear the stories and fond remembrances of your loved one. Based on this, I offer suggestions for readings and music and the involvement of family and friends. I work closely with the funeral Director to ensure that the ceremony runs smoothly at the crematorium or graveside.

Be assured that your loved one will be celebrated by a ceremony delivered with sensitivity, dignity and respect.

Holding an end of life ceremony is our chance to begin the healing process, to remember, honour and pay tribute to the life of a loved one.

Please note that testimonials are personal and only available on request, thank you.

“Let us not look for you only in memory, where we would grow lonely without you.

You would want us to find you in presence, beside us when beauty brightens,

when kindness glows and music echoes eternal tones.”

John O’Donohue
