I’m dedicated to exploring and celebrating the spiritual dimensions that each couple brings to their relationship – the essence that makes you stronger together than apart.  While I honour all faith and beliefs, my focus is on creating ceremonies that reflect the profound, soulful connection you share.

Drawing inspiration from our deep Irish roots, from sacred spaces to the timeless beauty of Celtic rites like Handfasting, I craft ritual that elevate your unique journey.

I create wedding ceremonies that reflect who you are as a couple – whether that includes spiritual elements, personal traditions or simply the deep connection you share.

I’m not tied to any one belief system but I do believe in meaningful, personal ceremonies.  In Ireland we have a rich heritage of sacred places and traditions, like Handfasting, that can add something special to your day if you wish. My role is to listen, understand what matters to you and create a ceremony for you both.

I am a One Spirit Interfaith Minister and HSE (Health Service Executive) Registered Solemniser, who can legally marry you, on the day and date of your choice. My ceremonies are inclusive of all cultures, gender orientation, all faith paths and none.

I have rich resources to lead you to your dream wedding day. I create bespoke, stress free, personal ceremonies unique to you. Would you like a Celtic theme, rituals like Hand fasting, Stone or Sand Ceremony, Remembrance of the Ancestors, Wine Box Ceremony, to include as many family and friends as you wish? Your options are many.

I will guide you through the process of creating a ceremony, written just for you, that expresses your love and commitment, in a unique personalised and meaningful way.

I am happy to guide you through the legal process of marriage in Ireland.

I offer a free telephone consultation in the first instance and will be delighted to talk and guide you through the various options that best reflect you and your partner’s values. When we get to know each other, I can tailor the ceremony to suit exactly what you need. Whether you want a spiritual element or more traditional, the ceremony will be crafted for you.

Margaret Roche was the person we turned to in helping us plan and officiate on our special day. Knowing that we were in a safe pair of hands actually took a huge amount of the stress out of the planning process. My partner and I wanted an alternative experience to the standard church wedding as we are not very religious. We wanted a warm, intimate ceremony devoid of stuffiness and biblical references. Margaret helped us to craft our own personalised script. We found her templates gave us a good starting point and we added our own content under her guidance. This allowed us to involve family and friends in the day which made it so special. Throughout the ceremony itself, she spoke eloquently and had the right balance of solemnity and humour. While we wanted everyone present to have fun, we also didn’t want it to turn into a party too soon. It’s an important life event and Margaret marked the occasion really well.
